Disappointed in a few things

First of all it was not stated clearly on the website what was included in the sample kit I was made to believe it would have been more than just one product, then when I reach out to talk to someone the phone ring without answer and it literally take a few days for someone to respond to my email or SMS messages. It seem to me the only time someone reach out is to advertise a new product or to try and sell you something what is sad is I really wanted to do some long term business with the company but if it’s that hard to get started I will pass.
